Mayotte, France's overseas territory marred by multiple crisis

France was rushing help by ship and military aircraft to its poor overseas territory of Mayotte in the Indian Ocean on Monday (December 16) after the island was shattered by its worst storm in nearly a century. FRANCE 24’s Douglas Herbert gives us his analysis.
