The journey to photograph Milky Way over a remote Saskatchewan waterfall

Canadian photographer Scott Aspinall and his team took on a challenging journey to photograph the Milky Way over a remote waterfall in Saskatchewan, Canada.

It was a gruelling five-day trip by car, foot, and canoe – including over some tricky terrain.

Aspinall says he “has never worked so hard in [his] life for a photo”.

The footage of the journey was shot by Matt Duguid and Mitch Doll, who collaborated with Saskatchewan Tourism to showcase the breath-taking scenery.
